As you may have heard, we´re about to release the best tracks of the Funk Mundial compilation on CD on April 20th. The CD launch celebrations officially started last Saturday, with a release party kick off at our bi-monthly Man Recordings night at Scala. Sinden, who provided “Tamborzuda” in the Funk Mundial series together with Herve, came over from London to rock some bass, supported by Mr.Wix from Parra Sound System Amsterdam and myself. Berlin enjoyed the first ever Baile Cumbia clash last Saturday at Scala club when Buenos Aires based ZZK sound system came to town to present new heat from the Argentinian capital. DJs El Grant, Villa Diamante and El Remolon got the booties shakin until the morning hours with NY special guest G Rizo blowin up the spot with her short but powerful live P.A., rapping her mouth off like there´s no tomorrow.

Save the date! At the final day of this year´s Popkomm music fair in Berlin, we´ll celebrate the “Big Booty Clash” at Scala club.
We´ll rep with DJ Beware, our new signing ISA GT live and myself on the decks plus a very special guest. Delicious Gutter a.k.a. Delicious Vinyl will front with Don Rimini and Aaron Lacrate, plus the whole Delicious Vinyl crew. Maybe Young MC will come down too and some other well known people .
