There´s so many more advantages not making vinyl anymore, just the fact that in Germany you have to pay GEMA (=the German collecting society) for every record manufactured is a pain in the ass - especially if the records wont sell as expected and you sit on 750 returned vinyls. And of course not to mention the hassle with pressing plants, cutting studios, incompetent vinyl distributors,  etc. etc!</description>

To be honest, apart from all the glorification due to its past central role in club culture, vinyl as a medium pretty much sucked anyway: It&#039;s heavy, large, contains a small quantity of music with a fading qualitiy of sound, produces high delivery expenses and intense environmental consequences... Today it&#039;s nothing more than a decadent status symbol for disco yuppies.
At the end of the day, I don&#039;t care if you sell your music on vinyl, as mp3 or as a sounding transdermal plaster, as long as you keep dropping great tunes!</description>
